任职资格
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related fields
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and sales support skills
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently
岗位职责
Respond promptly to customer enquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Contact prospective and existing customers to arrange appointments for the Sales Team
Accompany Sales Executives during customer visits, meetings, site surveys, and product presentations
Assist in preparing meeting materials and follow up on action items after customer visits
Follow up with customers after quotations have been issued to obtain feedback and purchasing decisions
Prepare quotations, customer information, sales presentations, and supporting documents as requested by the Sales Team
Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding appointments, customer feedback, and follow-up status
Prepare daily call reports, appointment reports, quotation follow-up reports, and customer enquiry summaries
Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Management when required
