Minimum Certificate or Diploma in a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT support, technical support or helpdesk functions.
Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems and networking fundamentals.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to provide on-site and remote support when required.
Possess a proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
岗位职责
Provide technical support and assistance to employees for hardware, software, network and system-related issues.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, internet access and communication systems.
Perform regular system maintenance, software updates and security patch installations.
Maintain and monitor backup systems to ensure data integrity and recovery readiness.
Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions and coordinate repairs or replacements when necessary.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures and policies.
Support the setup and maintenance of CCTV systems, access control systems and other technology-related equipment when required.
Ensure all IT operations comply with company policies, procedures and security standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
