Qualifications and Years of Experience
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any relevant fields (preferably in aviation field) with minimum 3 years of working experience in airline/aviation industry (ground handling ops/load control ops) or
Diploma or its equivalent in any relevant fields (preferably in aviation field) with minimum 5 years of working experience in airline/aviation industry (ground handling ops/load control operation) or
SPM or its equivalent in any relevant fields (preferably in aviation field) with minimum 7 years of working experience in airline/aviation industry (ground handling ops/load control operation)
Hold a valid Aircraft Weight & Balance certification/license would be an advantage
Certified Ground Handling Associate Trainer by Civil Aviation Authority Malaysia (Cat 1 & 10) would be an advantage
Minimum 3 years of working experience in airline/aviation industry (ground handling ops/load control operation)

Aviation industry – Ground Handling Operations including Weight & Balance/Load Control & Ramp Operations
岗位职责
Ensure the Weight & Balance (Load Control) operations are consistently implemented and executed in a safe, legal, efficient manner in accordance with all applicable laws, regulatory requirements, internal policies, customer’s airlines- established SOPs and agreed SLAs.
Ensure compliance with established operational policies, procedures and processes to drive continuous improvement of operational performance and efficiency across Weight & Balance (Load Control) functions.
Assist in monitoring resource utilization and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness to ensure the daily operations are conducted in the most cost-effective manner and within the department’s financial target.
Support the implementation of operational oversight activities for Weight & Balance (Load Control) to ensure safe, secure and reliable operations in line with the company’s vision and mission.
Assist in addressing customer feedback and operational issues by proposing solutions and supporting service improvement initiatives to address any concerns, needs and expectations ensuring continuous improvement in overall customer satisfaction.
Promote and support safety, health, security and environmental awareness within the business unit that aligns with the Workplace Health and Safety Act, Safety Management System (SMS) including security and environment policies and procedures by continuously promoting, motivating and enhancing staff’s awareness in collaboration with Business Unit and aligned with Corporate Safety Oversight Department.
Support supervisors and managers in ensuring compliance with company rules and regulations in accordance with MAG Human Capital Corporate Policy.
