Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in HR, payroll, and HRMS systems (Info-Tech preferred) is an advantage.
Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
岗位职责
Manage recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interview arrangements, onboarding, and employment documentation.
Handle HRMS administration, attendance, leave records, payroll support, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF).
Maintain employee records, HR databases, benefits administration, medical claims, and welfare matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labour regulations, and HR procedures.
Support employee engagement activities, foreign worker administration, office administration, and other HR-related duties assigned by management.
