Requirements
Minimum 2–3 yearsof experience in F&B, QSR or retail, withat least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Able to work 6 days work week in shift
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and developing team member.
Have valid Food Handling Cert & Typhoid Cert is a plus point.
岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the team during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.
Delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members to maintain service and operational standards.
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally.
Ensure food quality (freshly baked Donuts and Sandwiches), beverage (Coffee, Tea & Cold Brew) preparation and store cleanliness meet company standards.
Support store opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily operational checks.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Coach, motivate and provide on-the-job training to team members.
Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales, productivity and operational targets.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
Prepare smooth shift handovers and report operational issues to the Store Manager.
