We're looking for a marketer who knows how to turn ideas into campaigns that drive real action.

This role isn't about chasing likes or publishing more posts. Your goal is to get users to download the app, engage with it, and keep coming back.

Your mission is simple:- Drive campaigns that attract new users, onboard them, and convert them into active users through app downloads, profile engagement, conversations, and applications.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaign marketing, or a related role.

• Enjoys planning and executing campaigns that encourage people to take action.

• Curious about why some campaigns perform better than others.

• Comfortable reviewing campaign performance and using the insights to improve future campaigns.

• Creative, proactive, and willing to try new ideas.

• Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at the same time.

• Good persuasion and communication in Mandarin language.

Bonus Points If You Have Any of The Following:-

• Helped increase app downloads, registrations, leads, or user engagement before

• Managed social media or digital campaigns with measurable results (KPI or OKR or SMART or NSM)

• Been involved in events, roadshows, university activations, or community campaigns.

• Worked with creators, partners, or referral campaigns.

• Used campaign performance data to improve future results.

We measure success for this role by:-

• Number of app downloads

• Ricebowl profile engagement

• Number job applications

• Number of two-way chats between job seekers and employers

• Overall user engagement within the Ricebowl ecosystem

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Support campaigns for career fairs, walk-in hiring events, university activations, referral programs, community initiatives, and partnerships.

• Work with the creative team to produce campaign assets that encourage users to take action.

• Suggest new campaign ideas and help test what works best.

• Track campaign performance and use the insights to improve future campaigns.

• Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to achieve campaign goals.
