Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Certificate or Diploma in Baking & Pastry is an advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in a bakery is an added advantage.

Passion for baking and willingness to learn.

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Good teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.

Assist in preparing bread, pastries, cakes, and baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.

Measure, mix, shape, proof, bake, and decorate products as required.

Prepare ingredients and ensure sufficient stock for daily production.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery and workstations.

Operate baking equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.

Monitor product quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures.

Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation (FIFO).

Support senior bakers during peak production periods.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Head Baker or Kitchen Supervisor.
