Attention to Detail: High accuracy when counting items—missing small details causes big problems in inventory!
Reliability: Punctual, honest, and committed to your weekly shift schedule.
Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to log inventory numbers or check delivery sheets.
No prior experience needed, though past retail, supermarket, or warehouse experience is a plus.

Stock Receiving & Inspection: Meet delivery drivers, accept incoming goods, and check items for damage or shortages against the delivery orders.
Inventory Control & Stock Counts: Conduct regular physical stock counts in the storeroom to ensure physical inventory matches our digital system records.
Organizing & Shelving: Keep the stockroom neat, organized, and properly labeled. Restock pantry shelves/units efficiently using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to minimize wastage.
Basic Order Prep: Help pick, pack, and prepare pantry goods for dispatch or customer delivery when required.
Communication: Flag low-stock items or discrepancies to the Operations manager immediately so reordering can be done on time.
