Requirements
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines with a minimum of 12 years of Human Capital experience, including at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role.
Responsibilities
Strategic:
Develop and execute the Human Capital Shared Services strategy, operating model and service delivery framework aligned with MAG's business and people priorities.
Lead the transformation and continuous improvement of Shared Services through process optimization, digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality and employee experience.
Drive enterprise Talent Acquisition strategies to ensure workforce requirements are fulfilled through effective sourcing, employer branding, recruitment governance and workforce planning alignment.
Operational:
Provide strategic oversight of employee lifecycle services, payroll operations and benefits administration, ensuring consistent, efficient and high-quality service delivery across the Group.
Establish and monitor service level agreements, performance metrics and operational controls to ensure delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
Oversee the effective management of HR systems, employee data, service channels and operational processes to support business continuity and scalability.
Governance & Compliance:
Establish governance frameworks, policies and controls to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal policies, audit standards and data privacy obligations.
Lead risk management and assurance activities across Shared Services operations, ensuring timely resolution of service, compliance and operational risks.
Financial Control:
Manage Shared Services budgets, vendor partnerships and operational investments to achieve cost optimization, service excellence and sustainable value creation for the Group.
Organisation & People:
Lead and develop high-performing Shared Services teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus and continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll and Benefits.
