Job Description

Requirements

  • 必须至少拥有研究生文凭或高中学历。
  • 鼓励应届毕业生申请。
  • 具备良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力。
  • 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 和 Microsoft Excel。
  • 自我驱动，具备独立工作能力。
  • 愿意接受夜班工作。夜班为居家办公（工作时间为下午4点至凌晨1点）。

Responsibilities

  • 每日处理并监控所有存款和取款请求，并将相关信息更新到 Excel 报表中。
  • 如发现问题，与团队成员或经理沟通，确保所有交易准确且及时地完成。
  • 与相关利益方合作，调查并识别问题，以改进日常工作。
  • 执行支付网关结算。
  • 每日对支付网关和银行的现金流进行对账并更新记录。
  • 验证客户银行账户信息以处理提款请求。
  • 通过电子邮件或后台平台处理客户查询。
  • 协助团队成员完成临时任务或例行工作。
  • 为某些支付交易准备发票。
  • 根据上级的安排，执行其他相关职责。
