任职资格

  • Must Posses SPM with a minimum of 2 years working experience, or Diploma/Degree holders.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.

  • Basic computer literacy.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin and Bahasa is an added advantage.

  • Own transportation is preferred.

  • Participate in a structured Career Accelerator Programme.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Understand clients' financial goals and provide suitable financial planning and wealth protection solutions.

  • Conduct professional financial needs analysis and personalized consultations.

  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and company initiatives.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and ongoing relationship management.

  • Attend professional training, coaching sessions, and leadership development programmes.

  • Achieve individual and team performance goals.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
