Requirements
- 持有会计或相关领域的学士学位。
- 拥有1-2年会计或相关领域的实践经验。
- 熟悉SQL会计软件的操作。
- 能够独立处理和建立全套账目。
- 具备财务报告、银行对账、应付账款/应收账款和总账的知识。
- 熟悉SST、电子发票和法定合规要求者优先。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Excel和Microsoft Office应用程序。
Responsibilities
- 负责独立处理和设置全套会计账目，确保账目准确无误。
- 进行财务报告、银行对账、应付账款/应收账款和总账的日常管理和维护。
- 熟悉SQL会计软件的操作，并能利用其进行高效的账务处理。
- 协助处理与商品及服务税（SST）、电子发票（e-Invoice）及法定合规相关的事务。
- 熟练运用Microsoft Excel和Microsoft Office应用程序，进行数据分析和报告制作。
- 支持管理层进行财务分析，提供决策所需的数据支持。
- 与其他部门协作，确保会计信息与其他业务信息的及时准确对接。

Skills
Familiar with SQL Accounting Software.
Able to handle and set up full set of accounts independently.
Knowledge in financial reporting
bank reconciliation
AP/AR
and general ledger.
Familiar with SST
e-Invoice
and statutory compliance requirements is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
