Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Experience in sales order processing or ordering is an advantage
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
岗位职责
Perform daily administrative and operational duties
Prepare and process sales orders accurately and timely
Answer phone calls, emails and attend to general enquiries
Handle ordering, purchase requests and order tracking
Coordinate with sales, warehouse and logistics teams on order status
Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales and purchase records
Prepare simple reports and administrative documentation
Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors when required
Support general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
