Job Description:
- Responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, including posts, short-form videos, reels, stories, captions, and live-stream content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
- Produce creative video content and visual storytelling that resonates with target audiences and follows current social media trends.
- Write compelling captions and call-to-actions optimized for engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Monitor social media performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions) and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform algorithms, and viral content formats to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Manage live sessions, including product demonstrations, audience interaction, and real-time engagement to drive sales and strengthen community relationships.
- Demonstrate creativity, initiative, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
