• Overseeing construction projects.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to approved plans and regulations.
• Reviewing design layouts and details to ensure they are practical, safe, cost-efficient, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Ensuring that all materials used comply with the project's specifications and relevant standards.
• Assisting with the preparation and update of architectural drawings, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Providing technical advice and support to contractors and other team members on design-related matters.
• Interacting with clients, consultants, and contractors to address their queries and concerns.
• Attending site meetings.
• Project : Sekolah Seni Malaysia Perak, Sg Siput Perak

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Assistant Resident Architect: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CIDB green card (Preferred)
