- Mandarin speaker is preferred.
- Able to travel to different client sites across different states based on work requirements.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in site supervision, customer service, or business development is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clients and workers.
- Responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and workers simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Possess marketing and client servicing awareness to support business growth and maintain client relationships.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing client requirements and site conditions.
岗位职责
- 每周前往客户现场巡视,监督派驻员工的工作情况与表现
- 在客户现场监督及协调员工工作,确保任务高效、安全并符合客户要求完成
- 与客户建立并保持良好的合作关系,及时处理客户意见与反馈,确保客户满意度
- 协助开发新客户业务,并跟进客户需求与合作机会
- 定期拜访客户,维护客户关系并推广公司服务
- 检查员工出勤、工作质量与生产效率,并在需要时给予指导与支持
- 编写每周员工表现报告、现场状况更新及问题记录,并提交给管理层
- 确保遵守安全条例、公司政策及客户现场相关规定
- 与员工及客户保持有效沟通,及时解决现场运作或后勤相关问题
- 协助管理层进行人员安排、替换或调整部署,以符合现场需求及员工表现
- 协调客户额外需求,例如增加人手、交通或设备安排等事项
- 完成管理层交办的其他临时任务
- Travel to client sites weekly to monitor the performance and attendance of deployed workers.
- Supervise and coordinate workers at client sites to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to client requirements.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, addressing feedback and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing new business opportunities and following up on client enquiries and requirements.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships and promote company services.
- Monitor workers’ attendance, work quality, and productivity, and provide guidance where necessary.
- Prepare weekly reports on worker performance, site updates, and operational issues for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client site rules.
- Communicate effectively with workers and clients to resolve operational and logistical issues.
- Assist management in manpower planning, worker replacements, and deployment adjustments based on site requirements.
- Coordinate additional client requests such as extra manpower, transportation, or equipment arrangements.
- Carry out any ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.
