Diploma in Pharmacy.

Fresh graduate or relevant one year working experience will be an added advantage.

Proficient in both spoken and written English.

Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness before dispensing medications.

Prepare and dispense medications for outpatients, inpatients, wards, and other hospital departments.

Provide medication counseling to patients, including bedside dispensing when required.

Ensure all medication records and computer data entries are accurate.

Maintain sufficient medication and pharmacy supply stocks and report shortages when necessary.

Ensure medications are properly labelled, stored and organised according to pharmacy standards, including FEFO practice.

Monitor and manage controlled and psychotropic substances according to regulatory requirements.

Support ward pharmacy services, medication preparation and discharge processes when assigned.

Monitor medication usage, patient owed medication lists and ensure timely delivery to patients.

Assist with stock counts, inventory checks and report discrepancies to the Pharmacy Manager.

Ensure pharmacy cleanliness and proper organisation of work areas.

Assist in preparing departmental data, reports and statistics when required.

Support the Pharmacy Manager in maintaining professional pharmacy practice standards and hospital policies.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Management.
