• 2-3 years of similar job function or experience is highly encouraged to apply.

• Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, payroll, and HR best practices is an advantage.

• Able to handle confidential information professionally.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Support the daily operations of the HR department.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Payroll and Benefits

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

• Manage employee leave, attendance, and benefits records.

• Review and process employee expense claims according to company policies.

Recruitment

• Handle the full recruitment process, including preparing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.

• Work with department managers to understand hiring needs and plan recruitment activities.

Training and Development

• Organize employee training programs, workshops, and seminars.

• Assist with HRD Corp claimable training courses and claim submissions.

• Work with managers to identify training needs and support employee development.

Compliance and HR Administration

• Prepare HR documents such as employment offers, confirmation letters, warning letters, show cause letters, and termination letters.

• Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian labour laws and company guidelines.

• Communicate HR policies and answer employee questions related to company policies.
