We are looking for a passionate and customer focused Departmental Promoter to join our team. The ideal person will assist customer in selecting product, provide excellent service and help to maintain daily store operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of in-store operations and cleanliness

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in choosing the right Thermos products

• Address customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and helpful manner

• Learn and confidently share product knowledge, features, and brand values

• Drive sales through customer engagement and upselling techniques

• Meet individual and store sales targets

• Assist with weekly stock replenishment and inventory tracking

Requirements

• Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage)

• Able to adapt to using outlet POS system, credit card terminals.

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous retail working experience will be an added advantage.
