Special Skill: Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, exceptional follow up skills
Required training: sales and marketing related subjects, ISO 9001 Awareness and Internal Audit
岗位职责
Bring at least one new customer every quarter which has firm PO
Interact with customers in the RFQ process and fully accountable for the quotation and PO from them. The expected response in each RFQ is within 24 hours
Conduct initial pricing indication in open market and also with China partners to present the quotation to customers on their request. This is one of the key areas for this job in order get back the RFQ quickly to the customer
Work on BOM quotation requested by customers in 24-48 hours under Auto Count system
Preparation of quote to customers based on company quotation guidelines and format. This involving the cooperation with local and China partners
Working with logistic companies like FedEx, China logistic company or local one to do the pickup and deliveries arrangement in according to the customer stated incoterm
Prepare CoC, invoicing and delivery order (DO) upon goods inspection
Follow up on the due payment with customer and close the transaction in the Auto Count system. Delayed payment shall be flagged up to the management team for immediate action
Market price benchmarking to ensure the quotation reflects the latest market condition
Always keep the mentality of add value to customer in order to bring in more sales and long-term partnership
Present weekly customer portfolio and order status to the management team. Flag up any potential opportunities for next course of action
