Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Junior) or 3 years and above (Senior).

Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Possess own transport and willing to travel when required. (local and outstation)

Experience in the printing industry or social media marketing is an added advantage.

Develop sales opportunities and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.

Prepare quotations, monitor sales activities, and follow up on payment collections.

Work closely with internal teams to provide suitable printing solutions to clients.

Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities.

Prepare regular sales reports and market updates.
