We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & AI Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is suitable for university students or fresh graduates who are passionate about social media, digital marketing, AI tools, content creation, and creative brand storytelling.

You will assist the marketing team in planning social media content, researching online trends, creating engaging posts and short-form video ideas, and exploring how AI can be used to improve marketing strategy, content direction, audience engagement, and campaign performance.

Assist in planning and executing social media content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant channels.

Research market trends, viral content formats, competitor activities, and audience behavior.

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, Midjourney or other creative tools to support content ideas, campaign planning, copywriting, and visual direction.

Help develop creative marketing angles, campaign concepts, and content calendars.

Assist in writing captions, short scripts, promotional content, and social media posts.

Support the team in brainstorming creative ways to attract young audiences and online communities.

Track basic content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and feedback.

Participate in marketing discussions and contribute fresh ideas from a Gen Z / university student perspective.

Requirements:

Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, Design, PR, Advertising, or related fields.

Interested in social media, digital marketing, AI tools, branding, content creation, and online trends.

Familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, YouTube Shorts or Xiaohongshu.

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT or other AI/content tools is an advantage.

Creative, curious, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

Able to write simple and engaging content in English. Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.

No prior working experience required. Students with passion, creativity, and a good learning attitude are welcome to apply.
