Qualifications & experience
Accounting diploma/degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiar and experience with SQL software
Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in Finance/Accounting field, with Finance/Accounting
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision
Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin is required and proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
岗位职责
Tasks & responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:
Performing general accounting tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closings
Ensure timely submission and accurate monthly financial reporting
To prepare AR reports and reconcile monthly AR outstanding.
Ensure all accounting documents are properly maintained, filed, and readily available for audit, tax, and internal review purposes in accordance with company policies.
Prepare and submit SST returns and manage e-Invoicing, staying updated with regulatory changes.
Assist in internal and external audits and tax
Payroll & HR Administration:
Process monthly payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB)
Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), contracts, and HR records
Support HR operations including leave management, policy compliance, and recruitment
