Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of cakes according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Accurately measure and prepare ingredients before production.
- Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
- Operate bakery equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area in compliance with food safety and company SOPs.
- Monitor and manage ingredient stock levels and report shortages when necessary.
- Assist in developing new cake products and recipes when required.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cake production or bakery operations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and cake decorating.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Responsible, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Location: 15 Minutes Bake (Manufacture)
Objective:
To produce high-quality cakes consistently while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and production efficiency standards.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
