• Oversee and manage a designated kitchen section efficiently.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Supervise, train, and motivate junior kitchen staff.
• Monitor food preparation processes and maintain standards.
• Manage stock control and place requisitions when necessary.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of food products.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in menu development and recipe standardization.
• Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service.
• Control food costs and reduce wastage.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used and maintained correctly.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
