Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience handling mass hiring or non-executive hiring is an advantage.
Familiar with job portals (Indeed, JobStreet, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Working:
Mon - Fri : 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
Saturday : 8.00 am - 1.00 pm
岗位职责
Manage full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management).
Post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct resume screening and initial phone interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Build talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Liaise with recruitment agencies when required.
Participate in career fairs and employer branding initiatives.
Prepare recruitment reports (time-to-hire, hiring status, etc.).
Support onboarding process for new hires.
Assist in other HR functions when necessary.
