• Charismatic and outgoing personality with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.

• Comfortable being on camera and speaking in front of large audiences for extended periods.

• Knowledgeable about current trends in social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate live streaming schedules and promotional events.

• Reliable and punctual, with a professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.

Implement SEO strategies to improve Google search rankings and website traffic.

Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.

Produce and edit videos, graphics, and marketing materials that align with the company's branding and objectives.

Create compelling copywriting for advertisements, social media posts, websites, and promotional materials.

Cover company events, activities, and student programs to generate marketing content. Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate relevant content ideas to increase audience engagement

Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, photography, and videography.

Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and editing tools.

Comfortable appearing on camera and coordinating video shoots when required.

Ability to create both informative and engaging content that resonates with parents and families.

Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.
