Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in accounting.
Experience in handling full set accounts is preferred.
Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS, or similar).
Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and SST regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Willing to work in Senawang
岗位职责
Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL).
Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and official receipts.
Ensure timely submission of SST and other statutory requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and banks. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks when required.
