Area : Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur
Organize and manage departmental activities, including coordinating monthly sales meetings, preparing minutes, and sharing updates with the team.
Prepare and maintain reports such as inventory, sales performance, budget tracking, and debtor aging.
Support daily sales operations, including preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR), Proforma Invoices (PI), and quotations.
Coordinate indent orders, shipments, and follow up with suppliers.
Maintain and update product documentation, including HS Code, TDS, SDS, and COA.
Assist with payment tracking, Statements of Account (SOA), and liaise with the Finance team when needed.
Act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Sales team.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
岗位职责
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in secretarial and administrative supportin sales or relevant work experience.
Capable of working independently, with a proactive and meticulous approach
Demonstrates coordination, organizational skills, time management, and able to multitask.
Proficient in MS Office and has knowledge in SAP system is preferred.
Experience with a CRM system is an added advantage.
