Monitor daily performance based on target and analyze root cause for below target performance

Monitor variable cost compared to budget, and KPI as a whole and by truck.

Report and investigate abnormal cost, mileage and parameter to management

Monitor driver and give appropriate disciplinary action based on authority and grievances

Executes management plans for day-to day inland transport operation

Ensure all subordinates and self complies with required process and procedures

Set daily target with regards to budget and management instruction

Involves in truck and load rescue during accident or breakdown as per required

Accepts and records customer complains

Entertain and discuss with customers and relevant external parties

Ensure performance report by driver and truck

Attend meetings/discussion/ seminar etc when required

Accepts and executes Regional Manager Instructions/commands from time to time

Prepare operation budget and performance analysis
