Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry

Proven track record of implementing effective safety management systems and driving a strong safety culture on construction sites

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with workers, project managers and other stakeholders

Willing to work outstation

Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential health, safety and environmental risks

Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, procedures and work practices to protect the wellbeing of all site personnel

Providing training and guidance to site workers on safe work methods and the use of personal protective equipment

Maintaining comprehensive records of site incidents, accidents and safety-related activities

Ensuring full compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and legislation
