Shift Operations Management – Supervise front-line team during shifts to ensure smooth guest flow, service quality, and floor coverage.
Guest Service & Issue Handling – Address guest feedback promptly and escalate issues as necessary to maintain satisfaction.
Order & Presentation Accuracy – Ensure correct order fulfillment, cleanliness, and consistent product presentation.
Team Support & Development – Assist in training, onboarding, and guiding new crew members.
Compliance & Financial Duties – Uphold hygiene and safety standards, and manage shift-end cash handling, reporting, and handovers.
