• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Event Management, Mass Communication, or related fields.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

• Comfortable communicating with business professionals.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace is preferred.

• • Research and identify potential international buyers and business partners.
• • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• • Assist in buyer invitation and attendance confirmation for international exhibitions.
• • Maintain and update buyer databases and CRM systems.
• • Support business matching activities between exhibitors and buyers.
• • Prepare reports and market research for various industries.
• • Coordinate with international buyers before, during, and after exhibitions.
• • Assist with exhibition and event operations when required.
• • Support the project team in achieving buyer recruitment targets
