任职资格
Min Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management (or related field).
At least 1-2 years experience in the recruitment and hiring process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Melayu).
Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Recruiting Tools ie. jobstreet, indeed, and Microsft Office ie. words, powerpoint, excel, etc.
Approachable and able to communicate with all levels of people.
岗位职责
Manage the full spectrum of recruiting activities to fill open positions for all levels (operator up until management level including contract staff).
Manage job postings and advertisement processes through various platform
Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
Schedule and conduct interview. Manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
Perform reference background check on candidates, when required.
Prepare necessary reports related to recruitment.
Managing internship programs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
