Proficiently operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Review work orders and engineering drawings to understand specifications before setting and loading raw materials into the CNC milling machine.

Set up machines, including work holding, tooling, and offsets, ensuring accurate and efficient operation.

Install and adjust cutting tools based on CNC program requirements.

Monitor machine operation, adjust parameters as needed to ensure optimal performance and part quality.

Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify conformance to specifications.

Make adjustments to the machine to correct deviations from the desired measurements.

Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
