Malaysian citizen.
Minimum qualification: Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 (Automotive or related field).
Prior experience as a Service Advisor with minimum 3 years experience.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced workshop environment and as part of a team.
Responsible, disciplined, and capable of multitasking.
岗位职责
Handle and ensure customers’ daily service requirements are fulfilled in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Manage and coordinate service appointment registrations, including walk-in and scheduled bookings.
Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service in line with company standards.
Coordinate with Mechanics / Foremen regarding current job status and repair progress.
Inform customers promptly and clearly on any delays, changes in work scope, or additional costs.
Handle customer complaints tactfully and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at an acceptable level.
Proactively update customers on spare parts availability and repair status.
Prepare service records, basic reports, and related service documentation.
Possess basic knowledge and experience in vehicle repair and maintenance.
