Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Minimum 5–10 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, within a manufacturing environment.

Strong hands-on experience in handling full set accounts and financial reporting.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing team members.

Familiarity with ERP accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts & Finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Prepare management reports, financial statements, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses for management review.

Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities on audit, tax, and compliance matters.

Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives to improve overall financial performance.

Supervise, coach, and develop team members to achieve departmental objectives and deadlines.

Maintain and enhance accounting systems, internal controls, and financial processes to improve operational efficiency.

Assist management with business analysis, financial recommendations, and ad-hoc projects as required.

Undertake additional assignments and responsibilities delegated by Management from time to time.
