Requirements
Process customer orders and coordinate with the production and delivery teams.
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the database.
Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Perform any other duties assigned by superior.
Responsibilities
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2 years of working experience in Sales Admin or administrative roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoints).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
