Requirements
- 至少拥有 2 年摄影摄像及影片剪辑相关工作经验。
- 熟练使用影片剪辑软件，如 Adobe Premiere Pro、CapCut、Final Cut Pro、DaVinci Resolve 或同等软件。
- 具备为 TikTok、Facebook、Instagram Reels 及其他社交媒体平台制作内容的经验。
- 具备创意思维，并对当前社交媒体趋势有良好的理解。
- 能够独立工作，并同时管理多个项目。
- 具备良好的细节观察能力及内容叙事（Storytelling）技巧。
- 能以马来语和/或华语沟通者将具有额外优势。
Responsibilities
- 负责策划、拍摄及制作日常车间作业、维修、车辆诊断及客户交车过程的视频内容。
- 为 TikTok、Facebook、Instagram 及其他营销渠道拍摄高质量的照片和视频素材。
- 剪辑短视频，并加入字幕、转场、音乐、特效及其他吸引观众的元素。
- 与技术人员及服务顾问紧密合作，制作教育性及宣传性质的内容。
- 协助构思创意内容，并制定拍摄计划及时间表。
- 确保所有内容符合 Volkspeed Motorsport 的品牌形象及市场营销目标。
- 整理并维护照片及视频素材档案，以供未来市场推广使用。
- 关注社交媒体趋势，并建议新的内容形式以提升互动率和参与度。
- 根据需要，协助现场活动、促销活动及特别营销企划的拍摄与执行。
- 负责摄影及摄像设备的维护与管理。

- 基本薪资： RM2,500
- 绩效奖励： 每支获批准的视频可获得 RM50 – RM100 的奖励（视内容质量及表现而定）
- 工作天： 星期一至星期五
- 工作时间： 上午 9:00 至下午 5:30
