We are seeking a creative and talented Sublimation Graphic Designer to join our team at Nilai Apparel Gift & Souvenir. Sublimation graphic design involves creating designs that are specifically intended for sublimation printing, which is a process where heat and pressure are used to transfer dye onto materials such as fabric, metal, or ceramic. Here’s what a sublimation graphic designer might do:

Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: They create digital designs using graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. These designs often include vibrant colors and intricate patterns, considering how sublimation printing enhances colors.
• Understanding Sublimation Process: They have knowledge of how sublimation printing works, including the specific color profiles and considerations for printing on different materials.
• Product Specificity: Designers tailor their designs to the specific products being printed on, whether it’s clothing, accessories, signage, or promotional items.
• Color Management: They manage color profiles and understand how colors will translate from the digital design to the printed product after sublimation.
• Market Trends: Keeping up with trends in fashion, home decor, and promotional products to create designs that appeal to current market demands.
• Collaboration: They often work closely with manufacturers or printing companies to ensure designs are compatible with the sublimation printing process and achieve the desired results.
• Technical Expertise: Understanding the technical aspects of sublimation printing equipment and how different materials and substrates interact with the printing process.
