Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a background in a sales-driven environment.

Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and retail best practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Drive sales, upsell, and encourage repeat purchases.

Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organised store.

Handle cashiering, stock counting, and product restocking.
