Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience running CRM campaigns or managing retail databases.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel (essential for data migration data handling) and marketing automation platforms, able to generate meaningful reports and analysis, familiar with automation set up, API, EDM.
Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable troubleshooting basic system issues for frontline staff.
Work Style & Adaptability: Proactive, resilient self-starter who thrives in fast-paced business transformation environment; comfortable working independently and resourceful to solve unexpected challenges.
Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate internally and with retail frontline, vendor management experience and strong with details & numbers. Fluency in Mandarin as need to liase with China Supplier & Customer, and Bahasa in addition to English.
岗位职责
Data Cleanup & Migration: Assist the Manager in cleaning, mapping, and organizing customer data for the new system.
Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain strict database hygiene by ensuring all customer data captures are accurate, deduplicated, and fully compliant with local data privacy laws (e.g., PDPA guidelines, customer marketing consent tracking).
Campaign Execution: Set up and deploy daily customer communications via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp based on target segments.
Retail Helpdesk: Act as the first line of support for retail staff regarding data entry or loyalty system issues at the storefront.
Performance Reporting: Track and generate weekly reports on customer database growth, repeat purchase rates, and campaign results.
