Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional certification

At least 1 year of experience in IT-related fields

Malaysian citizen or relevant residence status

Strong problem-solving skills & ability to prioritize tasks

Responsible, proactive, and a great team player

Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft products, servers, switches, security systems, and structured cabling

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu

Willing to work rotational shifts (10 AM - 10 PM)

Own transport required

Training will be provided!

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and IT-related issues

Assist end-users and troubleshoot on-site at the client's location

Install and set up Access Points, IP Phones, IT network systems

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure

Perform computer hardware/software installation & troubleshooting

Server administration: Domain controller, file server, backup, etc.

Coordinate with vendors for IT system support & maintenance

Submit daily reports and assist with other tasks as assigned
