Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, Network Engineering or related fileds

Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server administration

Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy

Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

Hardware and software troubleshooting skills

Experience managing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms

Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and endpoint protection

Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery procedures

Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is an advantage

Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and operating systems.

Monitor system performance and ensure availability of IT services.

Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.

Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.

Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.

Monitor network performance and security.

Provide technical support to employees.

Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Set up user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Implement security policies and procedures.

Manage antivirus, endpoint protection, and firewall systems.

Monitor security incidents and respond to threats.

Maintain regular backup schedules.

Test and implement disaster recovery plans.

Ensure data integrity and business continuity.

Install and maintain business applications.
