Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Previous retail experience is an added advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide product information and recommend suitable products to customers.

Replenish stocks and ensure products are displayed according to company standards.

Monitor product quality, pricing, and shelf labels.

Handle cashier transactions accurately, including cash, card, and e-wallet payments.

Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times.

Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging incoming stock deliveries.

Conduct stock counts and inventory checks as required.

Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Support promotional activities and store campaigns.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Store Manager.
