Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, sales, or customer support.
Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese.
Confident in engaging clients and building long-term relationships.
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through outreach, referrals, and networking.
Support client onboarding and account coordination for new and existing clients.
Assist in presenting services and conducting introductory client meetings.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities.
Coordinate with Recruitment, HR, and internal teams to deliver client solutions.
Prepare sales activity and client engagement reports.
Provide ongoing support to ensure a positive client experience.
