Job Description

Requirements

  • Preferably Diploma / Degree in related field.

  • Preferably 2 years working experience in related field OR minimum 3 years of working experience for those who do not meet the above academy requirements.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent in problem solving, inter-personal skills, and analytical skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure timely updating, control, and maintenance of QA/QC documented information in accordance with document control procedures and ISO requirements.

  • Support the evaluation, review, and continual improvement of Quality and Environmental Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

  • Review QA/QC records and reports prepared by QA Executives to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission to management.

  • Lead and coordinate customer complaint investigations using a structured approach, including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and effectiveness verification.

  • Plan, execute, and coordinate internal audits (ISO, 5S, Safety, etc.), including audit scheduling, audit execution, report preparation, and follow-up of corrective actions.

  • Act as key coordinator and site representative for second-party and third-party audits, including preparation of audit documents, escorting auditors, and tracking audit findings.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, customer, and other interested party requirements within the QA/QC scope and escalate risks where necessary.

  • Oversee QA laboratory standards, including calibration control, verification activities, equipment status monitoring, and related record management.

  • Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement projects within the QA/QC team and support cross-functional improvement initiatives.

  • Assign, coordinate, and monitor daily tasks of QA Executives and QA/QC sub-teams to ensure effective operation and workload balance.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to QA Executives to enhance competency and performance.

  • Support the Assistant QA Manager in preparing quality reports, audit summaries, KPI data, and management review inputs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
