1. Possess some technical knowledge of Fab parts and also metrology equipment

2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field

To perform inspection of raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.

To perform 100% or sampling inspection with proper tool selection for inspection based on drawing and customer requirement.

To label disposition status (e.g. Waive, Reject or Accept).

To perform and ensure housekeeping at quality inspection area.

To report inspection status to the superior.

To initiate, manage and update inspection tools master list tracking with assigned number.

To identify traceability on each equipment with controlled number or equivalent.

To manage and control list of Calibration Service Provider for Calibration jobs.

To maintain related Quality Records as QC Report and Monthly summary.

To support Quality Engineer in executing quality related matters at shop floor.

To perform packing required based on WI.

To ensure understanding of engineering drawing and making sure controlled drawing to be used.

To ensure understanding quality policy.

To issue IPQC Report as per requirement by OQA and customer.

To report & highlight problems or concerns on quality matters to the superior.

To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor or manager from time to time.
