Carry out the delivery scheduling and negotiate the delivery schedule with the customers and the trading firms.  

Monitor the pallet collection, shipping costs, etc.  

Monitor customers’ PO, prepare Delivery order, tax invoice, performa invoice, packing list and shipping document. 

Check invoice from forwarder, insurance company. 

Tracking of all incoming shipments and late shipments. 

Handle incoming calls for any enquiry, response to customers request on a timely basis

Work closely with production staffs and update the stock level daily and solved the different if actual stock and system quantity are different. 

Diploma is a minimum required with at least 2 years working experience. 

Good interpersonal skill and communication skills is highly required.

Good knowledge of using Ms Office application and handling paperwork
