Requirements
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Familiarity with Active Directory, user account management, and IT asset management.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is an advantage.
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
Technical Support
Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, network, printer, and email-related issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot computer systems, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity problems.
Respond to helpdesk requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate personnel or vendors when necessary.
Hardware & Software Management
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, and other IT equipment.
Perform software installation, upgrades, and updates.
Monitor and maintain inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with external vendors.
Network & System Support
Assist in maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Monitor network performance and report potential issues.
Support user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
Assist in server maintenance and backup procedures.
IT Security & Compliance
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
Assist in implementing cybersecurity measures and maintaining endpoint security.
Monitor antivirus and security software updates.
Support data backup and disaster recovery processes.
User Training & Documentation
Provide basic IT training and guidance to users.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Maintain records of IT support requests and resolutions.
General Duties
Support IT-related projects and system implementations.
Assist in setting up IT equipment for meetings, seminars, and events.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
